The DCH Shop, offering a wide range of home appliances and quality audio & video products, has one showroom in Tsim Sha Tsui. It also provides professional customer services and advice including setting up a home theatre and face-to-face introduction the concept of home leisure.

DCH Electrical Appliances Butler Ltd. (E.A.Butler) is a direct sales outlet, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of DCH Group. It offers customers a complete range of home appliances of different world famous brands at attractively below market prices.

SERVICE & MAINTAINENCE

Service support is becoming more important because there is a rapid demand expansion in electrical domestic and AV products in China, Hong Kong and Macau. EAD has maintained the quality of our customer durable at a high standard and offered after-sales first class service for years. In Hong Kong, over 100 engineers and qualified technicians, and DCH Electrical Services Centers (ESC) located in Kwai Fong has well support in various household appliances and AV products. BUSINESS IN CHINA

Besides head office in Hong Kong, there are marketing and service support centers and 4 liaison offices in China, located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Chengdu  joint to make a complete service network for distributing our products through out local dealers.

A widespread sales network has been established to guarantee a full coverage of the territory. On top of the expansion of the dealer network to the second-tier cities, EAD sell through department stores and friendship stores of more than 100 outlets. Electrical Appliances Division is specially dedicated to increase its exposure in China not only in terms of distribution network, but also in providing customer service that is always our top priority. Whenever appropriate, EAD is eager to establish joint ventures with suppliers and/or local organizations.
